MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND CONCERN
Your well-being is important to us. Prior to receiving service, please inform us of any special needs or medical conditions, pregnancy, hypertension, injuries, allergies, or disabilities. Our technician will make every effort to accommodate any special needs. Your safety and comfort, along with our staff's, are our utmost concerns; we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone based on those concerns.
APPOINTMENTS/CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW
Please call (or log on to our online appointment service) to make your appointment. We require a valid credit card at the time of booking to secure your appointment. We recommend that you book your appointment in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and technician for your service. To avoid charges, please honor our 72-hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations or not being available at the scheduled time will be subject to a charge equal to 100% of the service price. (You must cancel 3 days in advance so that your therapist can re-book herself, or you will be charged full price, you do have the option of gifting or donating your service to a charity group of your choice in the same area your service was scheduled, ask our concierge for a list).
Spa-Go's mobile pricing is based on time. You must book at least an hour or pay for an hour of time. Adult pricing is $125/hour and up, per technician, all inclusive. Children pricing is $100/hour and up, per technician. Party pricing is the same minimum rates, however, your guests share the time between themselves, such as 3 services in an hours time, same great price! When figuring your party costs you can call our office for a complimentary quote or you can determine the amount of guests you have and how much time each guest will be needing. Children multiply by $100/hour and adults multiply by $125/hour. Again, if you call our office, we will make sure you get the BEST pricing. Discounts to large groups, events and charities.
FRIENDS AND FAMILY SAVINGS:
Spa-Go's offers a friends and family savings program to those individuals or corporations who spend $10,000 a year with Spa-Go's. We offer 10% off all services to their members, friends and families. *excludes parties and event
Gratuities are always appreciated when your professional delivers great service to you. We recommend $20 or 15/20% to your professional per hour of service.
Parking Fee, Entrance Fee, Tolls:
It is the guest's responsibility to cover all fees, tolls, parking/valet costs and expenses their professional encounters during their course of travel. Spa-Go's reserves the right to charge a delivery fee on out of Los Angeles areas.
POLICIES/AGREEMENT BETWEEN SPA-GO’S AND GUEST: Guests agrees not to solicit our staff for further services outside of our company, ask for staff phone numbers, and will not engage in improper or unprofessional behaviors towards our professionals. The guests agree that they will offer a safe, hostile free and hazard free working environment. Violation of the above may result in termination of services.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: You are agreeing to release all liability from Spa-Go’s. Please provide a safe and hazard free work environment, especially due to children, products and staff. We recommend all valuables be safe guarded and put away from the work area.
START TIME AND STOP TIME: We are working in Los Angeles and traffic and construction may delay our efforts. Our staff and delivery team all leave in a reasonable time to get to your event or home based on estimates used on Mapquest. At party and events that require a rock solid start time and when staffing a party during rush hour we advise you to have staff arrive an hour early, for a small charge. If you are not available at your location or we are not able to get in to set up on time, you will be charged additional if your party starts later than scheduled. You will only be charged for the amount of time and the amount of staff working. You will be given a credit for anyone that doesn’t show up or if someone doesn’t work their entire shift, you will be given a credit. If staff work over their contracted time, they will be paid and you will be billed. Staff will get your permission to work over their shifts or the floor manager will ask for the team if you have a larger event.
EXTRA OR UNDER GUESTS: Our time is our money, when extra guests are present that you didn’t plan on, we will try our best to accommodate. If staff are asked to stay to accommodate your guests you will be charged for their time. They are contracted per hour, like a cab driver. They work per hour. You can buy time in half hour increments. Due to the products and amenities, please let us know if you think an extra guest may come so we can have additional supplies with us to accommodate them and find staff that can stay a little over if there is that chance of additional guests showing up. If there are less guess, you still have purchased an amount of time and can use it by allowing longer services, depending on count. Please let your staff know your preference.

GRATUITY: We do not charge a mandatory gratuity on private services. We also do not charge a travel time charge or gas charge for private services unless out of the local LA area. Please be kind to your staff and remember a gratuity. LA traffic and the time it takes and the stress are all factors in tipping. We recommend a minimum $20 or 15-20% tip of your sales total. You may tip on your credit card by request. We charge a minimum 15% on groups and delivered events and the tips are shared between the entire team.
YOUR CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY: Our staff have signed confidentiality and privacy contracts and been back ground checked as well are licensed and insured. They have had extensive training, been tested and have met high standards of professionalism and respect.
OUR POLICIES: By paying for your party you are agreeing to the above policies and understand this is a privately arranged event and no refunds will be given, with advance notice of 2 weeks on parties, we can re-set the date for an “open” date on our calendar. We make every effort to save your dollars, if an unfortunate emergency prevents you from having your service, you can redirect your staff, locally, to a senior home or other charity group so your services will not go to waste.

These are privately arranged services and custom parties/events.
