1. Can I get a service the same day? We will always try our best to accommodate you regardless of notice. We recommend 3 to 5 days for private services and 2 weeks or more for parties. Holidays and special occasions should be reserved as soon as possible and can be held with a deposit if you would like them year after year.
2. What should I do to prepare for a Spa-Go's service? There is no need to prepare for most service at your location. When we arrive we will have all the necessary things to perform your service. You may wish to have a quick shower or bath before we arrive and comfy clothing or pajamas picked out for afterwards. If there are special instructions, we’ll let you know. We take care of everything, just relax and enjoy!
3. I have a day package gift certificate and don’t want to have a whole day of services, can have the services at my convenience and can I pick something else off the menu I would enjoy more? Absolutely, you may split up your services and change the services to your liking. Your time is yours to use, as you like. Our services are all interchangeable, so if you have a gift of a facial but would rather have a manicure just let us know when you make your reservation. The value of your gift is the value you have to use, anyway you like.
4. Can I order two services or more at the same time? All of our services are designed to be performed privately or in combinations as “timeshares”. We are able to service from 1-300 guests per hour! If you order for two, your order can be two of the same or two completely different services. For example, you can order a facial and your partner a massage and have them delivered at the same time or you may both wish to receive the same service at the same time. We’ll do our best to staff your services exactly how you prefer.
6. Can I leave my clothes on during the service? You can always leave your clothing on, or undress to your own comfort level. All of our party and event services are clothes-on optional. Your staff will advise you, depending on what service you have, or you can ask our office concierge any question you may have. Your comfort is one of our top priorities.
7. Do I have a choice of male or female staff? Yes, of course. We have many guests that request female only and many guests that request all male staff, and some don’t have a preference. It’s a choice that is personal and we respect your choices. Always let us know your preferences, it’s held in strict confidence.
8. I have my own music, is that ok? You can always provide your own music or choose our “silence is golden” request. It is a hint to staff that you are requesting a quiet service. Spa-Go's has a wide variety of music… From Ocean Waves, Forest Sunsets, Elton John to Frank Sinatra we like to pair your service with special music. If you have something you prefer, just let us know at time of booking and remind your staff when they arrive that you have taken care of the musical selections.
9. I would like to design my own massage, is there a way I can do this so I know that at least 40 minutes is spent on my back, shoulders and neck region. The remaining 10 minutes I like a great scalp massage and would like the last 5 minutes of tapping all over. Can I do this? You can customize your service with product, time and technique… We love a well-educated spa connoisseur. Just give your directions at time of booking and we’ll do our best to accommodate and direct your staff member.
10. I want more or less pressure, how do I ask without offending my staffer? The professionals are trained in customer service and creating a positive experience while performing their talent or skill. If you don’t like, for instance, your feet touched, we want to oblige. Let us know at time of booking and we’ll place it on your paperwork for your professional to note. Otherwise, speak up! Let your professional get to know how to please you and perform a great service. You can request more pressure, more kneading, a Kleenex or an extra blanket. Your wish is our command.
11. Can I give the last 10 minutes to my dog or cat, or daughter? We call this splitting or timesharing and you absolutely can share your service, for no extra charge it’s just one share or you all agree to one linen set-up. Many customers share services with their friends, partner, spouse or pet. Our staff is trained in working on pets and people. Make sure you mention this, however, at the time of booking. We need to let our professional know before your service if you plan on sharing. An extra linen service set-up is $10.00.
12. I booked an hour, however, I would like to have an hour-and-a-half instead, Can my therapist stay longer? Ask your professional if they have time to accommodate you, (we book in 30 minute increments). If they agree, your staff will call it in or text our office for easy billing.
13. I nicked my nail polish; do I need re repay for an entire service since she hasn’t left yet? Spa-Go's wants you to be happy and understands these things happen. If you are at an event where there is a company representative or host ask them if it is ok for you to sit back down. If it is a private party, we will do our best to accommodate you. Sometimes they can fit in an extra polish or they may ask you to pay for the time it takes if they will be working past their stop time. A polish change for one finger can generally be done in a couple of minutes, so the charge would be minimal., a full hand polish change generally takes 10 minutes, again, a minimal charge would apply.
14. I want things done QUICK, Is there a way to get my nails done, a mini facial and waxing all at the same time, I don’t mind paying, but I need in and out as fast as possible? Yes, we can schedule your facial and your mani/pedi at the same time. You will still have to pay for the services booked, but they will all be done as fast as possible. Please remind your staff you are on an express schedule.
15. Can I bring or send office manicures or chair massages in as a gift? Of course! We can serve up to 4-6 guests per hour. We have the largest “clothes stay on” corporate menu I have ever seen, created by our expert Anne Fisher. Your office staff can choose their choice of services or you can choose for them. Call our office for a complimentary quote and custom office planning consultation.
16. I loved the product used but didn’t think to ask, can I find out what was used and order some? Yes, just call our office and our manager will be happy to accommodate you.
17. I want to have a party, what do you need to know to give me a quote? Date, Time, Party Duration, Spa Services You Would Like, How Long Do You Want Each Person To Have In Each Station, How Do You Wish To Pay, Guest Count, Party Theme, Amenity Choices Such As Flowers, Food, Robes, and Party Location and a few other incidentals. Average guest services run from 10minute mini service to an hour’s time per guests.
18. I want to send a gift but I don’t want the receiver to know the value, can we leave it off the certificate? You can have it written so the value is hidden and make the gift and service non transferable, so the receiver cannot give it to another. The value will be recorded on your receipt and Spa-Go's office paperwork and marked as “private value”. You can also order services carte blanche, which gives the receiver of your gift an unlimited purchase. You can put a safety on your gift, such as up to $1,000.00 or up to $5,000.00… not to exceed $20,000.00. We’ll work with you to make sure you are happy.
19. My guests came later than expected and the party didn’t start on time, will the staff stay to service everyone or do I have to pay extra? We recommend giving your guests an appointment time for their spa services to begin or have the spa portion start a half hour into the party. In event situations, try to have a few people lined up to begin the services. Once people see others having services, they’ll surely want one.
20. I want to offer my employees time towards services accrued based on their time worked. Can this be managed by Spa-Go's? We would love to help you with your employee benefits, amenities or with value added reward programs. Spa-Go's believes your best guests and best employees create the success of your business and we want to help you take care of both of these segments of your success. A point value system can be put in place and Spa-Go's can issue value coupons with the paycheck towards healthy living services. 21. I want to include gifts with my service, such as candy and flowers. Can you handle this detail for me? We have arrangements with many specialty companies that enjoy accommodating our special guests. You can send chocolate, flowers, bath and beauty products, dinner for 2, meal delivery for a month, jewelry, etc. We can even sign you up for our personal shopper service. Our personal shoppers are reasonably priced at $25/hour with a minimum 4 hours. You provide us with a budget, dates, names and addresses, we ask a few questions make sure your gift giving needs are taken care of. We never send the same gift twice and we always send you a note of who was sent what so you can take all the credit… Perfect also for those homebound or can’t get around, we can have our designer visit and you can talk and design certain pieces of jewelry for your loved ones. We can bring shopping to you as well… You don’t have to go out anymore, for anything, if you don’t want to…
22. Can I have the services in my private club, such as manicures for my ladies group or chair massage for my husband’s golf group? You can have your services almost anywhere, as long as you get permission from the private club or location manager. We provide happy hour services for social functions.
23. My parent is in a managed care facility, is it possible to get some monthly services sent in? Our services are meant for all stages of life and all conditions. We have a senior program already in place... Call our office for information or to add services to your location. We can send in shopping, hair, make-up, facials, nails… We can send hand massages and for the very ill we have an energy expert who performs Reiki Energy and works with soft fabrics to create a wonderful service, blessing the spirit and engaging with the living spirit and praying for health and peace. Our prayer specialist does nothing more than offers support and prayer for your loved one. Sometimes you just need someone during times of grief who can put their arms around you and sit with you while you are grieving. Spa-Go's is all about bringing good things to you and if you need a prayer, call Spa-Go'. We have a pet specialist who brings pets to you for scheduled visits and if you sign up for our program, we can make sure your loved one is visited with wonderful services throughout the year. Never being alone on their birthday or special holiday. (Spa-Go's was created with this type of population in mind… it’s our vision!)
24. My sister is getting married and I want to know if you have any specials for bridal party groups? Absolutely, you can take advantage of our timeshares. Having mini services or full services… We travel to you, even the church, if needed… We have bridal packages on our website and many couple’s services for your gift registry. We also have hospitality services that are set-up at the wedding party, in a separate area… Your guests will love a “spa wedding.” Let us give you a complimentary quote and some sample menu’s. For about the cost of the cake you can have mini spa services at your wedding!
25. I saw you at a celebration of life, what a great idea, can you tell me how I can schedule services for my dad’s funeral dinner, also, is there a way I can plan for these services at my time celebration of life when I pass? Just like with any large or small gathering with a high level of emotional imbalance, hospitality services such as foot massage, manicures, and massage services help to redirect the attention to life and feeling good and away from the distraction of grief. Most who have suffered such a loss have endured sleep loss, travel, sadness and depression. Hospitality rejuvenation services are a great addition to this type of event and relax the group. You can request these services in your will and with your attorney. Our office can send you an official quote so you can allocate the amount and the company you would like to use. .
26. Can I get organic products in all my services? We consider Spa-Go's an organically conscious company, aka, a “green as possible” company. We have organic lines and try hard to keep everything as natural and organic as possible. If you require a 100% green set-up please let us know. Our linens are professionally laundered and heavily bleached as a result of the sanitization process, not green at all. Our nail lines also are a mix of organic and non-organic lines. We would be happy to order you your own organic spa set-up. Our children’s nail lines and pet lines are all organic and non-toxic. Our oils, salts, lotions and bath products are all organic.
27. I would like to purchase my parents regular services, year round. Do you have a lifestyle plan or package deal? We provide lifestyle planning for private individuals, couples, families and companies. You will live longer, look younger, and feel better. The ultimate in living, the ultimate in health and the ultimate gift.
28. Can I get your services at any of your private locations listed on this site? We are able to serve you at any of our locations that are public and not private. If you are interested in joining or touring any of our private club locations, call our office and we’ll put you in touch with their membership director.
29. I see something on someone else’s menu that I want. Can you try and match it; it's from a spa that I had a service at in Hawaii? Spa-Go's is created by and run by a talented world trained massage therapist and expert Anne Fisher. Spa-Go's provides a team of highly trained providers in all areas of the spa, fitness and beauty areas. If you dream it, we can create it. Try to find out the most you can about the service and we’ll do our best to replicate it.
30. What is a timeshare, my friend says she has a timeshare package with your company; do you have vacation spots where I can have spa services? A timeshare is a split of your order. For example, if you order a massage, you can share this service with 4 friends, 3 or 2 friends… We call this “timesharing” and for most timeshares, there is no additional charge.
31. I can’t afford any of your services. This is just a bit more than I have. Any suggestions? Timeshares. Make-Up, Hair, Waxing and Spray Tanning are several services we recommend splitting. Not many need an hour of time to themselves. If you get a few friends together, you share the cost. You can do this with massages, manicures and facials as well getting each ½ an hour. Since our staff are some of the best out there… You’ll be amazed at the quality of their services. I would rather have a half hour of a great service than a full hour of an “ok” service. Try Us…. You’ll love being pampered or taken care of in your own location. You can be in your own robe, wave good-bye, have friends over, drink alcohol, smoke, use your own restroom and shower. Once you realize how great your own location can be, and how spoiled you can be right at home… You’ll realize how reasonable our prices really are…
32. I want to renovate an unused bedroom into a relaxation room. Can you help? We have a designer on board who can change out your room and place elements of a spa, of relaxation… We will put the equipment you love and make the room functional for your favorite in-home or in-office treatments. We highly recommend doing this at work-sites and as an addition to all luxury living facilities as well. Where there is living, there should be a relaxation room… We can help! We have non-toxic paint companies and clean organic linen companies… You can choose your own massage table and facial machine. What a treat!
33. Is your staff licensed and trained? How do I know I can trust them in my home? Our staff, when it is required, must provide their license to us. In order for them to be licensed they have had to pass rigorous background investigations by the State of California.
