HOME SPA, RELAXATION & FITNESS ROOM CREATION

Basic Rooms begin at $1,500.00.  Spa-Go’s can custom design a room in your home, office or outdoor gazebo type location.  At least 10x10, to use as a meditation, quiet space, please have 20x20 for a double spa suite or when adding a fitness side to your room.  We recommend keeping fitness areas separate from spa rooms unless space is limited.

Spa rooms are very popular due to the desire to have a place that you can meditate in and relax in… at your own convenience, with your own energy.

Imagine a room in your home where you can go and special music is playing, water is falling, a scented candle is lit…  You close your eyes and center your self.  Letting the outside world continue on outside your room while you take a needed break.

Whether your goal is meditation alone or you would like to engage in a full spa room we can help.  Best of all… your room is hygienically yours and privately yours. You don’t share sheets, tables, towels or supplies with anyone!  Have your nail services in… have your massages and wraps, in.  It is a wonderful treat to have your own beauty salon.  Spa-Go’s can make that happen!

Spa-Go’s has a spa designer who can help you with this task and chore of creation.

Giving massage services is a unique experience that involves a balance of give and take.  It is not as easy as it looks… You will engage in a 6-month study program learning meditation and focus; strength training; balance and breath work.  You will learn the basic notes of the body and how the body moves and works.

You will learn technique, skill, and movement to allow you to be able to work the entire body, front/back, Swedish style.  You may wish to add-on classes like aromatherapy and neck release.

Getting your hands dirty in rich vitamins, enjoying aromatherapy and working with mood empowering accents is a great way to engage emotionally and physically with another and stay fit (mentally and physically). 

On a fitness level you will find you are increasing tone and definition in your arms, chest and abdominals.
